You can email us 24/7 or use our Contact Us form to reach a certain department. During Business hrs you can call (443) 906-0077, leave a message and one of our account reps will contact you back to discuss your situation.
During our business hrs you can call your account manager and during non-business hrs you can contact us via email whenever you have an issue or need an update done. Your request will be forwarded to your account manager and put in the queue to be assigned to a developer. Once the developer receives your request they will contact you and inform you of the time needed to do your request. Once you approve that time they will complete your request and you will receive an email with the task marked complete.
Your account managers will gather all your requirements and create a SOW with a weekly deadlines and expectation. Each one of the deadlines will have a task completed until all the tasks on the checklist are complete and the work order is signed off on. If you have any changes from the initial scope of work outlined in the SOW then a change request will be issued and need to be authorized by you to be added to the initial Work Order.
